Join us for an incredible evening showcasing our most cherished High West Barrel Selects. This is an opportunity to experience Bern’s Steak House in the most intimate way – guests of this dinner will be the only guests in the building, as Bern’s will be closed to the public the evening of. RJ Ledo will lead the dinner which will be paired with a phenomenal tasting menu curated by Bern’s Executive Chef, Habteab Hamde, and Bern’s Chef de Cuisine, Brent Hunt. All guests will also take home two complimentary bottles of High West Whiskey. This will, to date, be the most exclusive dinner we have ever done.

Sip and Savor your way through five delicious courses, featuring Blood Oath Whiskey, Pacts Four through Seven, finishing with the newly Limited-Release, Lux Row Double Barrel 12 yr Bourbon. This incredible meal will delight all of your senses while Lux Row Distillery Director Vincent Clark takes you on a whiskey journey from the comfort of Haven’s outdoor tent. Chef Chad Johnson and Chef de Cuisine, Martin DeJesus have prepared five courses that are the ultimate complement to these exceptional whiskeys.

This 5-course dinner will showcase our most unique Four Roses Private Barrel Selections, including the very first barrel we purchased in 2012. Guests of this dinner will also have the first and ONLY opportunity to purchase Bern’s Four Roses Private Barrel OESV 2021. These incredible whiskeys will be paired to perfection in Haven‘s outdoor tent with a menu curated by Chef Chad Johnson and Chef de Cuisine, Martin DeJesus.

As the founding father of the Bourbon Industry, Colonel EH Taylor left a legacy that is unrivaled, and this dinner is sure to fall in line. Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime dinner in Haven‘s outdoor tent while enjoying pours of some of the most sought-after and exclusive whiskeys in the world. Sazerac state manager, Carlos Dinkins will be telling the story behind these limited edition bottlings including 18 Year Marriage, Amaranth, and Warehouse C.  These special whiskeys will be complemented with an exquisite pairing menu from Haven’s Executive Chef Chad Johnson and Chef de Cuisine, Martin DeJesus.

Exclusivity is the game, Sazerac is the name.  Have you ever dreamt of being able to drink unlimited Blanton’s, Eagle Rare 10yr, Buffalo Trace and Sazerac 6yr?  It’s about to come true.  Due to an abundance of caution regarding the continuing pandemic and our desire to responsibly hold group gatherings, we have organized an intimate tasting on Edge at the Epicurean Hotel featuring custom cocktails, music and food from Chuck Lager America’s Tavern and Station House BBQ. Spend your afternoon sipping a Bern’s Old Fashioned, Wheatley Mule, Corazon Paloma or a Sazerac 6yr Ginger & Thyme.  Also included with your ticket is a bottle of Eagle Rare 10yr Bourbon to enjoy at home.  If only every Saturday could be a Sazerac Saturday!
