This intimate outdoor dinner at Haven will showcase an entire lineup of unparalleled whiskies. Experience Buffalo Trace’s Antique Collection in the safety of our open sided event tent paired with Chef Chad Johnson’s five course degustation. We will taste through all five award-winning whiskies that evening with Carlos Dinkins, Sazerac’s State Manager for Florida. Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy friends at a safe distance while learning about some of the best American whiskies ever made.
There will be extremely limited seating for this event. Seating requests will be accommodated when possible, however maintaining proper distancing between patrons does impact our flexibility. Please keep in mind these whiskies are bottled at high proof and prepare for safe transportation home from the event.
About the Speaker
Carlos Dinkins runs Florida’s on premise sales, operations, and the strategic imperatives for Sazerac, Inc. the Largest US based supplier of spirits.
Originally, from Atlanta, Ga, he earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and completed his MBA at the University of Texas in Austin. Prior to Sazerac, he served for 5 years on active duty as an Army Officer, conducting two combat tours to Iraq. Subsequent to the Army, he spent 6 years in General Management leadership positions with Pepsi Beverage Company in Nashville, Los Angeles, and Denver.
Carlos is currently based out of Tampa with his wife and son. He manages a team of five hard charging spirit experts that proudly provide world-class brands and experiences to over 13,000 accounts across the state of Florida.
