Take time to stop and smell the roses. Join us for an unforgettable evening led by James Ware. This 5-course dinner will showcase our most unique Four Roses Private Barrel Selections, including the very first barrel we purchased in 2012. Guests of this dinner will also have the first and ONLY opportunity to purchase Bern’s Four Roses Private Barrel OESV 2021. These incredible whiskeys will be paired to perfection in Haven‘s outdoor tent with a menu curated by Chef Chad Johnson and Chef de Cuisine, Martin DeJesus.

About the Speaker
James Ware’s passion for brown spirits began in 2012 with a strong focus on craft cocktails and mixology. In 2016, his enthusiasm began shifting towards rare whiskey expressions and drinking them neat. He joined the Tampa Bay Whiskey Society in 2018 and shortly thereafter was offered a Board Member position in the Society. As a TBWS Board Member, James has been a part of 19 Bern’s Steak House collaborations which includes the 4 most recent Four Roses picks. Although James would never come out and name one single brand as his personal favorite, we feel that his knowledge and passion about Four Roses will leave you impressed. His enthusiasm for whiskey is strictly a hobby. James has been a local financial professional working for the same firm since 2008. He resides in Tampa with his girlfriend and daughter.
