Experience Buffalo Trace’s Antique Collection in the safety of our open sided event tent paired with Chef Chad Johnson’s five course degustation. We will taste through all five award-winning whiskies that evening with Carlos Dinkins, Sazerac’s State Manager for Florida. Enjoy a lineup of past birthday bourbons and compare them to this year’s release in the cozy setting of the Harry Waugh Dessert Room at Bern’s Steak House. Chef Habteab Hamde and his team have prepared five courses of mouthwatering steakhouse cuisine to pair perfectly with each sip of bourbon. Old Forester’s Market Manager Lexie Krall will guide us through each expression in the delightful setting of our infamous Champagne Room.

Join us outside at Haven for a night under the stars as we reminisce over Bern’s and Haven’s Bourbon Selections. Our Director of Spirits, Nate Wilson has pulled his team’s favorite Sazerac and Four Rose’s Whiskey from the Archives of our restricted warehouse. Chef Chad Johnson has carefully paired each of the five courses with the chosen whiskeys to propel your palates to new heights.

This year you can brunch like only Tampa can brunch at WTF! This exquisite three course meal paired with Champagne and bourbon cocktails is sponsored by Taittinger and Buffalo Trace through Republic National Distributing Company. Tables can be purchased for two, four, or six guests to help ensure we are keeping everyone safe during this unprecedented year. So, gather your friends, put on your brunch best, and join us for an afternoon of delicious gluttony at Haven.

Please keep in mind that an additional reservation will be arriving after you and your brunch experience is limited to two hours. Varying times and party sizes are available to allow for proper distancing between patrons and sanitization after each reservation – the current dining restrictions limit our flexibility.
