Sip and Savor your way through five delicious courses, featuring Blood Oath Whiskey, Pacts Four through Seven, finishing with the newly Limited-Release, Lux Row Double Barrel 12 yr Bourbon. This incredible meal will delight all of your senses while Lux Row Distillery Director Vincent Clark takes you on a whiskey journey from the comfort of Haven’s outdoor tent. Chef Chad Johnson and Chef de Cuisine, Martin DeJesus have prepared five courses that are the ultimate complement to these exceptional whiskeys.

About the Speaker
Vincent Clark is Director of Visitor Experiences for Luxco, overseeing their three unique distillery destinations across the country: Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky, Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, and Green Hat Bar & Gin Garden in Washington, D.C. Combined, these three destinations have hosted over 370,000 guests in 2021 alone. Vincent has been in the bourbon industry since he was 22, starting as a Bourbon Specialist at Maker’s Mark Distillery in 2014, where he received training in organoleptic tastings and was a member of their Tasting Panel. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Master’s in Business Administration. His favorite Lux Row Product is Rebel 10 Year Single Barrel, which he enjoys neat.

Gently Pickled Sea Trout – cucumber, garlic scape, jidori egg, crème fraîche, smoked roe

Blend of 13yr old Bourbon, 11yr Wheated Bourbon and 8yr Whiskey finished in Caribbean Rum Cask
King Crab – massaman curry, autumn squash, gooseberry sambal

Blend of 8yr & 14yr old Bourbon and a 7 yr old Whiskey finished in a Cognac Cask
Roasted Pheasant – apple, brussels sprouts, quince, gjetost fondue

Blend of a 14yr & 8yr High Rye Bourbon and a 8yr High Rye finished in a Sauterne Cask from the Bordeaux Region
